Shipping & Returns
WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY DIFFUSER?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2-5 business days of the order being placed. Shipment will arrive in between 10-20 business days after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location. Shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by courier service.

We offer online store credit only within 3 days from the date you receive your order. We do not offer refunds.

Item must be unused

If you receive a damaged item:
You will need to email us within 3 days from the date you receive your item(s). Please send an email and pic of damage to customer@catzstyle.com with photo of damage attached. We will not accept any damaged claims after 3 days from the date you receive it. Damaged items will need to be returned within the 10 day period or they will be rejected once they are received.


For returns (store credit):
Email us for the form to fill at customer@catzstyle.com

You will need to return at your own expense. The merchandise MUST be returned within the 10 day policy. We will not issue an online store credit after the specified time -- Do not attempt to return the items after the specified time or you will be responsible for the cost to ship it back to you. We highly recommend you use delivery confirmation when sending back your order.
Do not attempt to send back items with prior agreement as we will not accept these or refund
No exchanges or store credit on "sale" items. All "sale" items are final sales!
Once you have filled out the return request and received a return authorization, email us to confirm the return address of our store.

Once we receive the return, we will issue a store credit that will be sent to your email address. You will apply that code at checkout and it will deduct your store credit from your total. We process returns the same day we receive them.

In order to keep inventory correct, we are unable to process exchange requests. We only issue store credit.

If you return an item that was rejected, we will notify you. You will have 30 days to arrange return shipping to you. After 30 days, if arrangements haven't been made, we will donate the item.

Why do we only offer store credit for returns?
People have abused free returns in the past. People that use a product once for an occasion then want to return it.
